A diverse and expansive history has formed the foundation of Attard Associates. This has created a network of professional relationships, provided experience in resolving complex business decisions and a multi-faceted understanding of various industries.

1990: Opened antique store, Queen St Woollahra.

1993: Sole founder of Built. The first specialised, boutique building business in the industry.

1996: Built completed significant fitout projects including restaurants for David Thompson, Neil Perry, Christine Mansfield and Banc.

1998: Construction of 28 Billyard Avenue Elizabeth Bay, alongside Iain Halliday from BKH. Achieved the most expensive apartment sale in Australia.

1998: Chair of the Property Council's Future Directions. Sat on NSW Executive and National Public Affairs.

2000: Fitout of AMP Executive Levels. Designed by George Freeman at 33 Alfred St Sydney.

2000: Cover of GQ Australia Style Directory.

2003: Co-Founder of Ronin Partnerships. 50% Purchased by ASX listed AMP Office Trust, creating the Ronin Property Trust.

2003: Board of Advisors, Property Industry Foundation.

2003: Co-Founder of Integrated Construction Management Group (ICMG). Undertook national, institutional construction projects across all market sectors. Photographed: fitout of Burberry George St flagship store.

2008: Refurbishment of Four Seasons Hotel Sydney.

2012: Welcomed to Mr Porter Style Council.

2015: Co-Founder of Vaucluse Car Club.

2016: Independently facilitated real estate transactions with vendors, agents and buyers to ensure a desired outcome for all parties, including a mid-century, heritage listed church in Vaucluse.

2018: Introduced a buyer to the Italian Prime Ministers Sardinian yacht.

2021: Founded Attard Associates, assuming Director of Business Development at Versatile, Senior Consultant at Agia Projects and Fine English Furniture Consultant at Vickers & Hoad.

2022: Acquisition of the State heritage listed property, Anglewood House, overseeing design and construction through assuming client representation.
