Paul Attard

Attard Associates is founded upon a 30 year history of establishing and operating specialised enterprises whilst developing revolutionary, vibrant business cultures. This is attributed to Paul’s ability to strategise, uniquely position a business and create and maintain relationships through a unique value model. Additionally, Paul’s innovation and articulation of the technical sale became standard business development practice.
At the age of 26 Paul founded and established the first truely specialised building company, Built. The company established institutional and boutique markets across construction, refurbishment and fitout markets.
Paul’s strategic, business relationship skills have been honed at global, institutional, design driven, luxury brand and HNWI levels. As director, Paul has also been responsible for strategy, business development, relationships, sales, recruitment strategy and staff relationships. With strong strategic skills, Paul is able to forge relationships quickly, considered one of Australia’s best salesmen and networkers.
Emmy Rubinstein
Through studying a Bachelor of Commerce, Majoring in Entrepreneurship and Marketing, Emmy has since taken a key interest in business development and marketing. Working alongside Paul in the launch of Attard Associates, they have created a refined business offering and established the potential for growth and new client relationships.
With a history of sales experience, Emmy seeks to apply her ability to develop long-term client relationships and ensure their needs are met and exceeded in all business mandates. Through also working alongside Paul at Versatile, Emmy is assisting in the growth of the company’s construction, fitout and refurbishment division through marketing communications and business development.
